In the same RFU News as Dan's and James 7's adventures there is an article about London Scottish.
They have appointed 3 new coaches and most interestingly have moved their major training times to "day light hours" and it is also reported that most part-time players have signed up to this new training regime.
I had never really thought about this but maybe some comments will come back. If Moz are training mainly evenings/nights (Tues/Thurs?) can the coaches really get the best out of players after a hard days work and how do they ensure the players are in the right frame of mind especially if its been a traumatic day at work?
It seems that LS are giving notice that they are serious about the future and have recognised how they have to change to meet the stamina needed to achieve their goals towards the top of the Championship.
Is it possible for Moz coaching team to comment on their thoughts on the LS move?
