Sadly I couldn't make last night - I arranged to be in Birmingham for 9th July before the date was changed :-(

Can someone summarise the key points please?
Specifically interested in:
* coaching team for next season
* D/R arrangement
* additional squad updates
* target for next season

Target for next season - as high as possible, mid-table is realistic. Just not 12th!

Sorry to be so vague, but there are still discussions going on and confidentiality issues prevented Kevin from being more explicit. He did say that, if he got his No 1 choice for forwards coach signed up, he thought we'd be really pleased.

If you've got the odd million to spare, we could use it to help fund the new stand, of course.

Were there any non-confidential specifics? I take it from the above that Craig West is definitely departing and that further squad additions are expected?

Well, Craig West wasn't there, and Kevin is looking for a forwards coach, so putting 2 and 2 together ...

Just to add to CJB1's above summary.
There are some more signings expected , not just dual - registered.
Until Northampton have done their pre- season the coaches won't know who will be available.
With regard to a forward's coach cards held closely to chest as person or persons have been approached who Kevin Maggs knows but can't say anything more at present.
There is a plan B for the new stand if plan A does not materialise, which will be smaller as cost reduced.
I hope i have got these points correct but please correct me if i got it wrong.
A good AGM and positives from Kevin Maggs to make you believe we will not finish in bottom four.
Can't wait for season to start and the first friendly away to Bedwas.
