Exciting indeed. Our match day programme gives us a list of the squad from which the starting line up is announced just before the kick off. Many lazy supporters arrive minutes before the kick- off without hearing the line up for the kick off. Why not display the names of the squad running out on the scoreboard, for some time pre kick off?
You may send the winning cheque via post or I'll collect it at the game today.

This season we have been showing the team line up on the electronic scoreboard at each home game. Unfortunately due to unavailability of volunteer we were not able to do for the Taunton game.
We will take on board the idea for next season of trying to time it to be re-shown as the team takes the field.
Game clocks, IIRC, are an expensive nightmare. They have to be synchronised with the referee’s watch. Put it this way, London Welsh (no corner left uncut) in the Premiership didn’t have one because they’re very expensive and not even mandatory at level 1 (or weren’t then).
No. Let's keep the exciting puzzlement we all enjoy when the ref blows up for full time much too early when we are losing by a few and too late when we are hanging on to the points!
