Stands to reason, I'm in danger of being able to actually get to the first match this season (world's best value season ticket...) so if I were everyone else I'd make alternative plans now, it'll be off!
Hang it's Wednesday.Don't let the Chairman know about your predictions. You should have a bet with William Hill if you are that confident! I'll wait until, ref, etc inspect if he has to, before I make my prediction. Only then will I make a decision about our,Xmas game. Come on 5degc+!
.....and of course, catching breath, subject to postponement,we'll have to play Cirencs' on Home International days when we have Saturdays free. The Internationals will surely affect the gate!!

I've just checked the met. office weather forecast for 3pm tomorrow at Billesley Common. Its forecast to be 4°c. If the pitch check is today though, it's only going to be 0° to -1°c. Not looking good and likely to be postponed I think, and the player's safety is paramount to us enjoying a xmas beer while watching the game.
If it is called off (which is looking likely), the clubhouse, club shop & bar will still be open from 12pm tomorrow. We'll also be showing the live Champions Cup games on the screens.
No doubt many running down to William Hill to pick up winnings. Sad, always a good time at the Xmas game and I'll miss my 5 pints for 5 points, rare indeed!!
Silver lining is that some of our walking wounded may be fit by the time that we play again - our resources have been strained over the last few weeks.
