News from the Treatment Room

We have been unfortunate on the pitch in recent weeks with injuries. Ryan Roach has had
surgery to repair a pec tear and Will Safe has had surgery to repair a patella tendon tear.

Aiden Ali has decided to take time out on advice from a specialist due to repeated head injuries
and Jacques Le Roux is recovering from a lower back issue.

On a positive note, Ben Palmer has returned to some training this week and will now build over
the next 3 weeks, Dan Lewis is recovering well from a syndesmosis injury to his ankle and will
be back in the next few weeks following a hard and robust rehabilitation process.

Head physio James Neal writes:

We have had a heavy week of injuries,
fortunately Tom Benjamin came through unscathed after the excellent work of
the medical team to extricate him from the pitch. He had a CT scan and this
ruled out any spinal injuries, he is bruised and sore but will make a good and
quick recovery.

Isaac McNulty sustained a head injury and we will manage his RTP as RFU
guidelines dictate. Rob Fuller suffered a head injury against Blackheath Away and is still going
through his RTP.

We had a couple of knocks to Kailus Hutchinson and Sam McNulty but these have been
managed this week and are ready to play.

We are hoping for Dan Lewis to be back in training next week after his ankle injury.

Is Jacques likely to be out for the rest of the season?

I spoke to Jaques at the Chnnor game and he thinks hell be ok before too long.

And so pleased that Tom Benjamin is ok.
