MSA AGM - Saturday 5th September - 12.30pm

Notice is hereby given that the Moseley Supporters Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 5th September - 12.30pm.

All members are welcome to attend but only life and voting annual members shall be entitled to vote at the meeting.

Any member wishing to propose another member for service on the MSA committee needs to contact me and I will email them a nomination form. If there is more than one nomination for a committee post then a secret ballot will be held at the AGM. Forms will be distributed at the meeting.

Copies of the accounts for the year and last year's AGM minutes will be emailed to members prior to the meeting.

Due to the new restrictions placed on Birmingham we can have no more than 30 people at the AGM, therefore if you are planning on attending can you please let me know in advance.

The morning before the AGM there MAYBE a clean up the club day - more information to follow.

Please let me know if you are available for the clean up ASAP.

Any chance of being able to join on zoom? Had a few AGMs so far that have been the maximum attendance in the room and then others online.

Understand if not but might increase participation so throwing it out there!

There are no plans to host the meeting online SM, it will hopefully be held outside with supporters spread out which would make it difficult anyway.

The MSA AGM will be held tomorrow at 12.30pm in the Reddings Suite.

I have not received any nominations for the committee or the position of fund raiser. If you wish to be nominated and join us then please get in touch ASAP.

To comply with the current regulations i will need to provide the club with a list of who is attending and their email addresses. Therefore can you please let me know as soon as you possibly can as to whether you will be attending the AGM.

There will be a litter pick, clean up and weeding at the club, starting at 10am. All welcome to help out before the AGM.
