We have given up on the 'new' catering having tried the burgers, pasties, hot dogs and paninies. The last straw was on Saturday when a guy behind me returned a pastie which he said was still frozen in the middle!
I try my best to spend money at the club (as I did on Saturday in the shop) but, sorry, just can't support the in-house catering any longer!
I'm sure we took it on in-house for financial reasons. I just hope it was the right decision.
I've had the burger and chips a couple of times and thought it was OK. If you want good catering the pie chips and mushy peas up at Roth is fantastic!!
For the last 2 games I have tried to get my vegetarian wife something to eat. On both occasions the only thing available was chips! I think this is unacceptable in this day & age. If the club wishes to widen it's appeal then this would be an easy option to address!

Thank you for the feedback. We will pass your comments on to management and provide an update as soon as possible but certainly before our next home game against Bristol on 5th November.
DISAPPOINTING..........IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE CHANGED PASTRY FROM SHORTBREAD TO FLAKY TOO..............IF I EVER KNEW SUCH A THING. STAFF WERE GOOD QUICKLY CHANGED THE PASTIE. UNLIKE THE PREVIOUS PASTRY I COULD NOT PICK THE PIE UP TO EAT - LIKE ALL GENTLEMEN DO - IT WAS TOO FLAKY AND FELL APART - BIT LIKE OUR DEFENCE - I EVEN HAD TO RESORT TO USING A FORK - SUCH BAD MANNERS AT A RUGBY MATCH!!! ...........FROM A FRIEND OF LORRAINE PASCALE.................

Further to our initial response on 25th October, management have undertaken a review of the quality of some of the food products and in particular the pies and pasties. Bill Redwood our General Manager has been very active in responding to the comments as the quality of the food is important to us. He is keen to ensure that our reputation for quality catering is maintained. As a result we are introducing different products which should answer the comments particularly in relation to the texture of the pies and pasties .Bill is happy to receive any feedback on the catering, good or bad, or on any other aspect of the Club. He can be contacted in person or through the usual channels, info@moseleyrugby.co.uk or by phone 0121 443 3631.
