The Club are extremely disappointed that the kit has not arrived when promised. The Club were given assurances that the kit would arrive in the shop on 14th October. Please be assured that Bill Redwood, General Manager has been in contact with Canterbury to express the Club's views and this has led to the attached apology.
Roger - I don't think WelshExile was having a pop at the club/individuals - more at Canterbury. It is pretty poor for a company of Canterbury's stature not to be able to live up to promises. Despite them quoting the delivery schedule of 12 weeks and being within that, setting expectations to beat that and providing dates (more than once) is unprofessional in my view.
Why can't people just be upfront with bad news...way better than stringnig people along with false dates. What are the club supposed to do when a multi national promise a date.......

I was having a go at Canterbury not the club! The club should get some rebate of some sort for late delivery. I am just cheesed off with the dates being constantly amended, it was bad enough last year when Gameface didnt get any replica shirts to the club, how much did the club lose out on because of that, is the same thing going to happen this season?!
Sorry i know i'm on the wrong page but i am new to posting on the new message board. Are you aware that Allain Rolland ( The now famous referee ) apparently played 11 times for Mose in the 1996/97 season.
