Entertainment after the game from Freddi Smart

Following on the recent success of entertainment in the clubhouse after matches we are pleased to confirm that vocalist Freddi Smart will be performing in the clubhouse after the Jersey game.

Why not stay on after the match and enjoy the festive atmosphere and music?

Are there no plans to have the Scottish v Welsh game shown in the clubhouse at 5..
I will be a little disappointed if I have to venture elsewhere to view the game and I believe the Jersey fans have enquired also.

We would expect that one of the TV's in the clubhouse would be on for the game, probably with the sound muted while the entertainment is on (which we do acknowledge would deprive us of the modest and unopinionated musings of Mr Barnes & Co).

Unfortunately I had an xmas do last night & had to leave straight after the game. I do not know what Freddie is like - but there was a girl singing on the mic at half time who was superb. We missed any intro as grabbing pint, put thought it was a Christmas record to begin with. (perhaps she was Freddie?)

Hey Oddsox no, the girl singing at half time was a girl called Ash. She is studying at the London College of Music who I just happen to teach for! I think everybody is in agreement she has a beautiful voice and with a bit of luck a big future ahead of her.
....and just for the record everybody has better legs than Lee.....lol (sorry Buddy , love ya really)!

The half time singer was Ashleigh Edwards.
She approached the club ‘out of the blue’ by email telling us
“my parents are regulars at all the matches. I study at London College of Music and was wondering whether I might be able to sing a few Christmas songs at half time this Saturday? I realise that this is quite last minute and you may have other arrangements but I just thought that it might be nice to do a couple of Christmas songs.”
