I enjoy reading Moseley Matters every week and thank all those who put it together but I had rather hoped we might at least get an acknowledgement in this weeks issue of all the issues raised on the forum over the past week. I did not expect responses to everything as I am sure lots of issues are being worked on behind the scenes but as I and others have suggested some indication at least that the views of supporters were at least being acknowledged (even although not necessarily agreed with) might have been appreciated. If I missed reference to it in Moseley Matters then I apologise. I shall say no more on the subject!
On another matter I have copied the bit below from the Gala website. I thought it was a nice idea.
'All Primary School children attending the British & Irish Cup game, Gala - v – Moseley, on Saturday 8th December will have free entry and they will all be entered into the Mascot Competition. This will be drawn at half-time with the 1st prize seeing the winner act as the official Gala Rugby Mascot at the next B & I Cup home game against Llanelli on 12th January 2013. All Primary School children will be admitted free, when accompanied by an adult and there will be £3.00 off the full adult admission price for an adult accompanying a child. '
Best wishes to the team today. Lets hope the beauty of the surroundings will be matched by their performance.

It's a great angle to look at because I'm sure there are folks that don't/can't attend games because of family commitments or the cost implications of bringing children to the club.

Further to this it's the issue of inspiring the next generation(s) of Moseley players. Bring the kids in early and they may well be with us for life as either players or supporters of one sort or another.
