I have looked on the shop section of this site and a little bit saddened that so many items are listed as not available!
The obvious thing is first to say, if its a item, does n/a mean it will be? Or that it will never be?
Some of the items listed as n/a available are, in my opinion as important to supporters as shirts etc, tankards, umbrellas (especially at our ground)etc.
In the days of the Reddings I had the same comment until they got it right. I told the commercial manager 'never give the supporter a even break'! When we win we will buy anything.
So get the things which will sell! If out of stock then say! If the line is taken away then say! Do not but this obscure n/a.
The club is in the process of revising a number of items in the shop and we will advise on these as soon as we can.
Unfortunatly as the site is run by voulenteers we do not have the time to keep it "live" with stock levels of items etc.
I assume Turkishmose that the N/A you refer to is the one in the size column, Which indicates that size of the item (mugs etc) is not applicable?
Thank you for reply but my original question remains if somewhat amended to not applicable instead of not available? Yes, whatever it is, why is it there and please make it clear?
All volunteers must be applauded and are thanked.
A club shop, I would assume can generate money, especially on line, 365 days a year. If the shop page was to reflect its importance in 'making money' then, I am sure good business would be generated?
People like me who might want to order from a far would need to know the status of the item & to give the club money! Telephoning is not a option.
