I've just read that a top city firm which specialises in headhunting has been employed by the RFU to help find the next England coach. It would appear that the RFU has money to burn when club rugby is struggling and cannot see that one of the most prestigious coaching jobs in the world will be a magnet to those at the top of their profession. How many thousands of pounds is this going to suck out of the game? Perhaps the RFU should find a company that specialises in locating arses and elbows to help them out!!

Well said. By the time this shakes down there'll have been about £100.000 wasted finding someone to take rugby nowhere particular. Absolutely criminal.
