Another excellent report on the match IMHO over on the website.
Like the author, I felt that the Colts played extremely well, especially in the first half.
To me, the difference was in the much better use of the wind by Oak who also seemed to be much better at collecting the high ball, particularly when they were against the wind in the second half.
I felt that the game was there for the taking by Colts until Oak scored a try uphill and against the wind in the second half.
Anyhow, a very entertaining game.
One gripe from an Old Grump - I do wish that spectators would keep their kids under control in the stand when the attendance is low. It is very annoying to have them clumping around, up and down the stairs and along the back row when one is trying to concentrate on and enjoy the game. If they don't want to watch the match, don't bring them!
