Whilst we can no longer meet those from other households indoors, we can now if outdoors? The 'rule of 6' seems to apply, and as we're looking at teams of 5.........should be OK?

Alan “Tommo” Thomas Memorial Fundraising Charity Walk 2020
As you all probably know, the original date for this walk was postponed. We set a proposed new date of this Saturday 24th October. The Club can now confirm that the walk will now definitely take place.
We have been advised that we must strictly abide by the Government’s rules, wash your hands as often as possible, wear a mask when indoors in the clubhouse and most importantly in our case, keep to the 2-metre social distancing when walking around the pitch and when sat down or having refreshments. Anyone consistently breaking these rules will be asked to leave the ground.
Unfortunately, several people/teams have pulled out for various reasons, notably, doubts about the virus, whether Boris would be announcing any more restrictions, School Half Term and other pre- arrangements. We were at the time expecting around 15 teams of 5, but we are not now sure how many will attend this Saturday, but we estimate about 30- 40 individual walkers.
With this in mind and to keep it simple and have a Fun Day, hopefully raising lots of money for our two Charities, we are changing the format slightly. PLASE CAN YOU CONFIRM YOUR NAME AND TEAM MATES NAMES VIA EMAIL OR BY CALLING CLUB BFORE HAND SO THAT WE CAN HAVE A RECORD FOR “Track and Trace” purposes.
• If you have a team of 5 and still want to do 10 laps each in a relay, then you can still do that. • Everyone else can do their 10 laps as and when they want (subject to the social distancing rule), we will be supervising starts to make sure there is enough distance between walkers. You don’t have to do all your 10 laps at once, you can come off and go back on when you wish, again subject to social distancing rules.
• NO OVERTAKING except in designated areas and must be 2 metres apart. • T Shirts are £5.00 each to walkers which is also your entrance fee and £10.00 each to everyone else • We aim to get the first walkers started at 10.30am and stagger starting times to 12.00 noon for last starters • Hopefully we should all be finished by 3.00pm • If possible, please can you bring completed sponsor form and money. If all sponsorship money hasn’t been collected yet, please bring form to give us an idea of how much has been raised for our Charities
