Greg Charlton leaves the Club by mutual consent

Birmingham Moseley Rugby announces that Greg Charlton has left the club by mutual
consent. Greg has been with the club since the 2013/2014 season and was a full time member
of the squad until last season.

This season he moved back to his home in the West Country and took up a part time contract
with the club allowing him to continue with a playing career alongside his work commitments.
The Club has agreed with Greg to release him from his contract. All parties feel that it is the
best interest of the Club and Greg personally to end their playing time together at Birmingham
Moseley.

Kevin Maggs says:
“Greg has been a great asset to the club over the time he has been here. This season however
he has re evaluated his future and decided with us to leave the club to focus on his full time
work. As a full time player he made great progress in developing his game. I hope he continues
his rugby career and I wish him well for the future”

Greg Charlton says:
“I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Birmingham Moseley. I have benefitted hugely by the
support of the fans and playing with talented players. I am sorry to be leaving the club and
my team mates and hope they achieve the success they richly deserve”
