Sam Pailor brings a physical presence to the back row

Birmingham Moseley are pleased to announce that Sam Pailor will be joining the club after 72 appearances for local National One rivals Coventry.
The 6’ 4” Wales U20 international will offer considerable experience of rugby at a high level having also played for Newport Gwent Dragons, Doncaster and Bedford.
A hard working forward Sam joins a strong back row already including England 7s internationals Chris Brightwell and Jack Preece along with fellow ex-Coventry player and Portuguese International Jacques Le Roux.
The club has been able to bring Sam to Billesley Common due to the incredible efforts and generosity of supporters including the clubs Players Association and Supporters Association to raise additional budget to offset some of the loss incurred with the withdrawal of RFU funding following relegation.
As well as contributing his physical presence in both ball carrying and defense, Pailor is no stranger to a more mobile game being a regular performer in 7s competitions.
Supporters will get their first opportunity to view the new look Birmingham Moseley squad this Saturday when Welsh side Neath are the visitors with a 3pm kick off.
