Disappointed to hear this news, Caolan came up through Moseley and showed excellent potential, I felt he never let anyone down when he played and against Leeds at home had an outstanding game.
Good luck Caolan and hopefully see you back at Moseley at some point.
Very quiet on the signings and the re-signings! I know the club will let us know as soon as possible and only once pen is put to paper. I can't even second guess who will re-sign, and who we might be looking at bringing in. I am ever hopeful though!
Without any disrespect at all to our current squad I rather feel that Maggsy might be in a position next season to sign up a "smaller" squad of "professional" players augmented by those players he wants to retain from our current squad. I feel that could be a workable interim step towards a fully professional, full time squad. squad.
If you look at it in a different slant one can akin that a singing group. There is often many a singer with a very good voice buy who cannot "sight read" music. It can take a long time to for that person to learn a piece of music from "scratch". But, if the those who know a piece or can sight read music sing with those who cannot them the difference in the performance is amazing- hence some of you may have heard someone say they are going to perform "The Scratch Messiah".
Who knows, with the right minded unselfish player it could very well work with rugby at Moseley.
Come on Moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooose
