MOSELEY, who won the inaugural National Colts Cup in 1998, are through to round 3c of this season's National Colts Plate.
Moseley made an early exit from this season's National Colts Cup when they were beaten by Worcester Wanderers, last season's beaten finalists in the first round, but they began their Plate campaign with 38-17 win at Kidderminster Carolians in round 3b.
Moseley will now travel to play either Old Halesonians or Spartans in round 3c next month.
Evesham edged out Kenilworth on the away team rule after the scores were level 29-29 and the sides could not be separated on tries scored. Market Harborough progressed to round 3c on the more tries rule in a 26-26 home draw with Kettering.
The National Colts Cup was introduced for the 1997/98 season as part of the East Midlands RU's centenary celebrations. The Plate, for sides beaten in rounds one to three of the Cup, was brought in two years later.
Both competitions are organised by the East Midlands RU and are now contested by Under 18 sides from clubs across the country.
