No half measures in terms of Moseley latest signings

Considered to be the pivotal positions between backs and forwards the half backs are always a vital part of a squad and this season Birmingham Moseley have a blend of youth and experience to call on.
In recent seasons Birmingham Moseley have struggled to find the best option at fly half but that all changed last time out when Ben Palmer joined the club from Coventry. As well as orchestrating the backline very effectively Ben also contributed a significant number of points through his goal kicking.
An exciting prospect who signed last season but never got an opportunity to play is scrum half Jack Coombes. Jack joined the club from Hartpury. Ireland U18 international Jack came to the University side with a strong rugby background from his native Hong Kong.
Bringing considerable experience to the number 9 shirt is Jack Jolly. Jack joined the club in 2019 but found it difficult to secure a starting jersey with Worcester Warriors legend Jonny Arr joining at the same time and taking the captaincy. With a clear run this season you can be sure Jack will be pushing to make the scrum half berth his own.
The third scrum half to be signed this season is Birmingham Moseley Colts product Adam Collingwood. Adam joined the club at 16 as part of the Academy and has progressed through to feature for Moseley Oak. First team starts are the next logical progression for this determined player.
More young talent has been recruited at fly half with Jacob Fewtrell joining from Leicester Tigers. Twenty one year old Jacob joined Leicester Tigers Academy from Lichfield. Jacob demonstrates a maturity on the pitch in advance of his years and will bring a further goal kicking option to the team.
