Belatedly, Happy New Year to all the wonderful and loyal members of the 300 Club.
Despite the lack of any competitive rugby for the foreseeable future, it is very important to keep subscriptions 'ticking over' in the interim to ensure that there is an appropriate 'War Chest' to help fund the Junior Rugby sections of BM when the time for action finally arrives.
The January Draw has been held and the results are as follows:
£150 - T G Russell, £75 - Phil Hall, £50 - Brigid Allen, £25 - Sylvia Fry, John Hathway, Lee Evans and Matthew Wheeldon.
As always, congratulations and commiserations as appropriate and sincere thanks on behalf of all concerned with the vital Youth Rugby at Birmingham Moseley.
Thank you for pulling my number out of the hat veitchy. That was a lovely surprise waiting for me particularly after I had just returned home from the club where Alex, in the treatment room, had just had her wicked way on my back problem.
I am convinced there is torture dungeon attached to physio training colleges - where else can they learn these dark arts - because Alex, just like other good physio's, is a past master in the effortless art of inflicting excruciating pain. And the fact that 'the victim' then has the added pleasure of paying for that 'pain' certainly puts a different perspective on relief.
