I try and keep out of the post match slagging. The praise and the hope was mentioned last week and the despair this week. It's all part of the joy of supporting Moseley. It makes for an interesting life. Lets get behind the Kevin and the lads next week, I am sure they read this forum and would want to give us something to cheer. At times like this i am reminded of the great Danny Blanchflower quote "Sometimes i want my team to equalise before the opposition score!"
Just looking through all of the differnt posts.......and as my previous post said supporting the lads is the most important thing. phil you state we have the players we have the coaches yet continue to pick faults with the team and the coaches?
With your expert analysis would you like to step up and be the coach? And pardon my lack of diction but what does vertysimilar mean...?
we all know the team can improve and i am confident, that they will.
I agree with you Phil. It would be a shame though if we did not hear your "Moooooooooooose" at the games. It might seem hard but give the lads a 2nd chance. When it all comes together I am sure we will see something special from them.
"With your expert analysis would you like to step up and be the coach?"
Singularly the most ridiculous argument on here. The man pays his money and supports the team, he in turn has the right to criticise the team when they've played poorly.
For too long there's been an intolerance to criticsm on this and the old message board. There's no point in telling a season ticket holder to many years to "get behind the team"...what do you think people like us have been doing all these years? The fact is, people spend a lot of money following this team and have the right to air grievances when we play poorly. It doesn't make you less of a supporter, just shows you want more from the club.
"If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation..."

I agree we love your Mooooooooooose shout Phil and my little girls look forward to seeing you take your seat and joining in the LEY bit.

Spot on. Let's try and leave the bad habits of the old board behind please. Phil's posts are occaisionally a bit emotionally charged but that's only because of his ovbvious passion for the club. Any one who pays to watch a team play sport is a consumer and has a right to express their satisfaction or displeasure with the "goods" provided. I think we can all happily admit that Phil has earned the right to his opinions over many long years and, like any one else exprssing their opinion, is entitled to do so without silly comments. I expressed some concerns over england's performance against Scotland - I have no intention of puttin myself forward as player or coach!
On a related note I was chatting with Dean Ball at another club recently; first question about Moseley - is Tarzan still there?
