Notice is hereby given that the MSA Special Annual General Meeting will be held in the clubhouse at 6.45pm on Monday 1st October 2012.
All members are welcome to attend but only life and voting annual members shall be entitled to vote at the meeting.
Any member wishing to propose another member for service on the committee needs to contact me and I will email them a nomination form which must be completed and returned to me by Saturday 29th September 2012.
Copies of the accounts for the year and last year's AGM minutes will be available at the meeting.
The names put forward for the committee are -
Chairman - Graham Male
Secretary - Dean Wilson
Treasurer - Neil Marklew
Away Travel - Ken Hall
If there is more than one nomination for a committee post then a secret ballot will be held at the AGM. Forms will be distributed at the meeting.
Can you please let me know if you will or will not be attending the AGM, so that we will have an idea of how many people will be attending the AGM. (Contact details below)
