A second try soon followed after a bulldozing run.
Spartans dug deep with an unconverted score.
Just before half time talented centre Matt Durber was forced off with a head injury. Spartans immediately capitalised with a converted try and continued to pressurise the Moseley scrum and line out.

Following a lively team talk by coach John White, Moseley Oak started the second period strong.
It inspired the forwards with Nyasha Maphosa battering over from close in.

Two Moseley Oak penalties followed as Spartans repeatedly infringed, with Pons notching both.
The home side though refused to let their heads go down and rallied, hurting Moseley Oak with two converted tries.
As the final minutes counted down Spartans gave away yet another penalty, knocked over by Pons, to equalise the final result.
Next weekend (Sat 31st March) sees a return to Billlesley. Oak entertain Leek (3pm kick off) eager to avenge a narrow 2 point defeat in the away fixture back in December. Supporters most welcome!
