Academy product set to make Championship debut

Great news that Jide Ajayi, a product of our Academy system, is set to make his debut in the RFU Championship for Yorkshire Carnegie today against Cornish Pirates. Jide, a powerful loose-head prop, is currently studying for a Masters' Degree in Architecture at Leeds Becket University. Whilst with the club he represented the Academy and Moseley Oak with great success before having to move away for work and to continue with his Higher Education studies.

I spoke to him yesterday to wish him well on behalf of all at the club and in his typically understated style he simply said "should be good"!!
