Big game Saturday. Very promising start plus marks all over the pitch. Front row held their own, both 2 nd rows had very good games, back row great dynamism. New scrum half looked the part and the backs tackled much better than last year. Nottingham (aka Tigers 3rds) are however a consistent team. Mose have often struggled to get anything against them and I hope the momentum last Saturday generated isn't lost this weekend.
Score prediction Moseley 15 Nottingham 25. Said with a heavy heart!!

I will go for Moseley 20 Nottingham 19. I have not won the lottery this year so i live in hope. Come on the Mose..................................................................
Well everyone the guess the score jackpot is £475 so look out for us all on Saturday we will be on the gates selling guess the score. So get your money out and have a go. As they say you have to be in it to win it.
I feel somewhat drained. I felt that we continued to play good exciting rugby and even though we lost to a team that in recent years has out performed/finished higher than us, we matched them in intensity. The only area that let us down was handling errors. I have no intention of bemoaning the players, but felt we lost the game rather than nottingham winning it. Keep up the intensity, it's such an improvement over recent seasons.
Can't challenge the committment but disappointed with some of the decision making. Why try and catch a ball that was going out from a missed penalty and hand the advantage back to Notts. Also why did we persist in trying to score a try well into injury which would still have only given a point when we could have tried for a penalty as we closer to the posts and within kicking distance even with the strong wind?

Well gutted. :'(Went through a few emotions having at one point thought we we on for a win , then a losing bp then to nought.I always feel you need 20 points down the slope so i was not optimistic at ht.That second half was long one .Where did all the injury time come from .I think it finished at 4.50. Anyway i am positive we will have a better season than last
Agree with all the comments. We needed at least 20 points by half time but, even so, we were close to pulling off a win. Could not understand the logic of going for a kick to touch when there was a chance of 3 points which would have given us a bonus point but nevertheless it was great to see our spirit towards the end. Ana and I went to Nottingham last year when we were demolished in the first 20 minutes and I'm sure they will be in the top 6 again this year. Despite one or two bad decisions today there were so many positives to take from the game. I remain positive and believe that this team can only improve as the season progresses.
