Shame. He will definetly be missed but you cannot blame him if he goes. He would be giving up the chance of a lifetime if he says no. Can you imagine Norton (if he stays on), Rodwell and Ellery playing together. What a feather in the cap for Moseley becoming a feeder club for the England sevens side. Lets give him a warm welcome at the LS game.

Well done Mike. You only have one chance in life so you have to take something like this when a career in rugby is a short one.Good luck and best wishes.
Agree with everyone! My player of the season and will miss him hugely but when opportunities like this come along, you cant turn them down or you will never know what might have been. Like everybody else, i say good luck to the kid and also thanks for his efforts this season.
RE has got it right, but Mike knows full well what is needed for him to succeed in the sevens. His first comment when we talked to him was that he is going to have to go to a different level in fitness and intensity compared to what he has attained in the Championship. His attitude is right so he should be able to follow in the footsteps of DN & JR and bring another bit of glory to Moseley. Come on you Mooooose and ex-Mooooose. (Except the ones that went to other Championship clubs this season).
